I looked up
I winked,
I sat up straight
I knew we linked..
Apprehension,fear
Our eyes met,
The first time for both
We couldn't fight the sweat..
Nervous glances
Who would begin?
A toss so eager
Darn! did I have to win!
Please cooperate
My eyes did say,
Make it easy for me
And it'll end straight away..
A leg raised
A hand stretched slow,
I felt the warmth
And victory I couldn't show..
Effort, but pleasure immense
Was an experience untold
Finally..the fluid flowed
My excitement I couldn't hold..
Proud and accomplished
I stood and smiled,
My face glowed
I was no longer a child..
So, it was done
All over now,
My first time ever
...Milking a cow...

Hmm well frankly I'm not sure how I can help...guess you should just read a lot..talk to people only in english when you get a chance etc...and try and write:) doesn't have to be full of big words and expressions etc..just simple..what you feel/think/want to write about..
That would be a start:) Another thing...try starting a blog..maybe if you write what you do everyday it will make you more confident..
The more mistake syou make..the more they will be corrected by someone..and the more you learn:) So tip#1 would be ...don't be shy to say something only because you think it'll be wrong..:)
Oh yeah..don't forget to drop in again and leave your blog address here;)..
